Provide the monthly estimate or actual signed lease agreement payment if you've already leased it

Maximum loan amount you wish to finance when you are purchasing a home
Anticipated amount paid off at closing

2nd liens are typically a HELOC, remodel or pool loan
Total amount of non-mortgage debt or liens being paid off at closing.  (i.e. credit cards, installment loans, student loan etc.)
Amount of cash you'd like to receive at closing
Check yes if you're not rolling in the total of existing lien(s) being paid off i.e. you will partially pay down balances with your own funds at closing to keep your new loan balance lower.
Amount you're bringing to closing to pay down existing mortgage lien(s) being paid off, i.e. your current 1st mortgage balance is $200,000 but you will bring $50,000 to closing to finance $150,000
